Mark Vandervest has been a Professional Property Manager for 26 years, a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 28 years, and has an extensive background in Construction as a former General Contractor for 16+ years. This brings a holistic solution to all of the property management needs that most management organizations fall short of in one way or the other. The result is a comprehensive knowledge of all Management aspects, contractual interpretation, and in - depth, hands-on knowledge of building components, repairs, maintenance, collections, and accounting.
